Meryeta Odine (born February 24, 1997 ) is a Canadian snowboarder . She starts in the snowboard cross discipline.
Career
Odine mainly took part in the Nor Am Cup from 2013 to 2016. She scored three wins and won the overall standings in the 2015/16 season. She made her debut in the Snowboard World Cup in March 2015 in La Molina , which she finished in 16th place. At the 2015 Snowboard Junior World Championships in Yabuli , she came in tenth place. In February 2016 in Pyeongchang she achieved her first top ten placement in the World Cup with sixth place. At the Snowboard Junior World Championships 2016 in Rogla she came fourth. In the 2016/17 season she made six World Cup appearances, twice in the top ten. She achieved third place in Feldberg and reached 12th place in the Snowboard Cross World Cup at the end of the season. At the Snowboard Junior World Championships 2017 in Klinovec she achieved 13th place. At the Snowboard World Championships 2019 in Park City , she took 13th place in the individual and tenth place in the team competition.
