Metalloinwest ( Russian Металлоинвест , English Metalloinvest ) is a Russian mining and metallurgy company . The shareholders are Alisher Usmanov (48%), Andrei Skotsch (30%) and Farhad Moshiri (10%).
In 2014, the company produced 38.7 million tons of iron ore , 22.7 million tons of pellets and 4.5 million tons of steel . This makes Metalloinwest Russia's largest iron ore producer. In terms of reserves, the company ranks second in the world after Vale .
