Mičije

Mičije is a village in northwestern Bosnia and Herzegovina and was first mentioned in church records in 1237. The village in the entity Republika Srpska had around 600 predominantly Croatian inhabitants up to 1995 , in 2008 there are significantly fewer.

Mičije belongs to the Općina Gradiška . The Lubina River flows through the village from the mountains of the Kozara Nature Park . The patron saint of Mičije is Saint Anthony of Padua , who is celebrated every year on June 13th.
