Michael-Ingo Thomas
Michael-Ingo Thomas (* 1943 in Beuthen / Upper Silesia ) is a emeritus judge at the Federal Fiscal Court .
Life
Michael-Ingo Thomas studied in Berlin, Tübingen and Bonn. He completed his legal traineeship in the financial administration in Baden-Württemberg. In 1976 he became a judge at the Finance Court of Baden-Württemberg in Stuttgart. From 1982 to 1986 Thomas was a research assistant at the Federal Fiscal Court.
In 1987 he was appointed judge at the Federal Fiscal Court and was a judge at the wage tax senate of the Federal Fiscal Court in Munich. In 2008 he retired. Michael-Ingo Thomas is considered an expert in questions of wage tax law. He is co-author of a standard work on personnel law and author of numerous specialist articles on wage tax .
He is a member of the Catholic student union AV Guestfalia Tübingen in the CV .
