Michael-Thomas Liske

Michael-Thomas Liske (born January 8, 1954 ) is a German philosopher .

Life

Liske received his doctorate from the University of Freiburg in 1982/1983 with a dissertation on Aristotelian essentialism under Fernando Inciarte , who at that time was already a full professor of philosophy at the University of Münster . He then worked as a research assistant at Inciarte at the Philosophical Department of the University of Münster. After that he was professor of philosophy at the Philosophical Faculty of the University of Passau until his retirement and worked on the “connection of classical ontology and language analytical philosophy ”.
