Michael Böckler
Michael Böckler (born October 2, 1949 in Berlin ) is a German writer. He has made a name for himself as an author who combines the genres of crime thriller, travel guide and cookbook.
Life
Michael Böckler was born on October 2, 1949 in Berlin. His father was a cameraman (later a photographer), his mother a bookseller. Böckler attended a mathematics and natural science high school in Munich, where he also passed the Abitur.
He then studied communication studies , sociology and theater studies (Magister Artium) in Munich . He did not serve in the Bundeswehr, but instead volunteered for ten years as a paramedic in the rescue service.
His main job is Böckler co-owner of an agency for communication consulting in Munich.
