Michael Bach (lawyer)

Michael Bach (born June 11, 1784 in Grafenberg , Lower Austria , † December 20, 1843 in Vienna ) was an Austrian lawyer.

Life

After studying in Vienna, Bach was the chief bailiff of Prince Emanuel von Liechtenstein at Loosdorf Castle . In 1831 he was admitted to the bar in Vienna, where he lived from then on, and achieved a high reputation there. Together with his brother Johann Baptist Bach , he co-founded the Juridisch-Politischer Leseverein in Vienna in 1841 .

Michael Bach was the father of four sons: August, politician Alexander , politician Eduard and the composer and conductor Otto Bach.
