Michael Kuczmann

Michael Kuczmann (born March 27,  1993 in Leverkusen ) is a German basketball player .

career

The son of the national basketball players Maria and Achim Kuczmann played in the youth team of TSV Bayer 04 Leverkusen and made the leap into the men's team of the Rhinelander via the U19 Bundesliga NBBL 2011 .

In the 2012/13 game year, the 1.93-meter-tall builder and winger rose with Leverkusen (trained by his father Achim) as champion of the 2nd Bundesliga ProB in the 2nd Bundesliga ProA . Until 2016, Kuczmann stayed with Bayer in the second highest German division and remained loyal to the club even after relegation to the 2nd Bundesliga ProB. In the 2018/19 season he won the championship title in the 2nd Bundesliga ProB with the Rhinelanders. He scored 6.2 points per encounter during the season.
