Michael Lancz

Michael Lancz ( Polish Michał Lancz , † 1523 in Krakow ) was a painter of the late Gothic and early Renaissance from Kitzingen . He was active in Kraków from 1507 to 1523. In 1507 he received the citizenship of Krakow, so he must have worked there several years before, and founded his own workshop. He signed his work with "ML".
