Michael Lancz
Michael Lancz ( Polish Michał Lancz , † 1523 in Krakow ) was a painter of the late Gothic and early Renaissance from Kitzingen . He was active in Kraków from 1507 to 1523. In 1507 he received the citizenship of Krakow, so he must have worked there several years before, and founded his own workshop. He signed his work with "ML".

- Saint Jerome in penitence in the desert, 1507 (Archdiocesan Museum in Poznan).
- Conversion-of-Paul-Altar, 1522 (stolen by the Nazis in 1940 and has since disappeared, previously in the Krakow Marienkirche )
- Altar of Mary, 1521 (partially preserved in the Kraków National Museum , originally in the Konarski Chapel of the Wawel Cathedral )
