Michael Landon Junior
Michael Landon Jr. (Born June 20, 1964 in Encino , California ) is an American actor , film director , producer , screenwriter and writer . His father is Michael Landon .
Life
Michael Landon Jr. was born to Michael Landon and his second wife Marjorie Lynn Noe. His brother Christopher B. Landon and sister Leslie Landon also work in the movie business.
Michael Landon Jr. made his first television appearance at the side of his father when he was twelve, in a supporting role in the series Our Little Farm .
Landon worked as a camera assistant on the television series An Angel on Earth . He had various jobs behind the camera before later directing, writing scripts and producing films. Many of his self-written books are filmed under his direction.
On the set of An Angel on Earth , he met Sharee Gregory, whose sister was making a guest appearance. In 1987, Landon married the future actress. Together they have two daughters and a son.
In three Bonanza films from 1988, 1993 and 1995 he played Benj Cartwright, the son of Little Joe, who his father played in the television series Bonanza .
