Michael Maria Rabenlechner

Michael Maria Rabenlechner (born July 12, 1868 in Vienna ; † October 27, 1952 there ) was an Austrian literary historian, poet and high school teacher.

Rabenlechner was a co-founder and chairman of the "Vienna Bibliophile Society". His most important field of work was the work of Robert Hamerling , whose "Complete Works" (16 volumes) he published in 1912. Both Hamerling and Rabenlechner had attended the Schottengymnasium in Vienna .

He was buried at the Meidlinger Friedhof .

In 1965 the Rabenlechnerweg in Vienna- Donaustadt (22nd district) was named after him.
