Michael O'Leary (born March 27, 1958 in Saint Paul , Minnesota ) is an American actor.

He made his television debut in 1980 on the series CHiPs . In 1983 he got into the soap opera Springfield Story . There he played the role of Rick Bauer until 1991. Since 1995 he can be seen again in the series. O'Leary made his only film Killer Games in 1984 with Sally Kirkland .

Michael O'Leary was nominated for an Emmy in 1985 and a Sopa Opera Digest Award in 1989, 1990, 1997 and 2001 for his role in Springfield Story .

He has been married to Joni Parker since 1988. The couple have two children together.
