Michael Schmitter

Michael Schmitter (* 1960 in Munich ) is a German actor .

Life

After training in agriculture, Michael Schmitter graduated from the University of Music and Performing Arts in Saarbrücken (diploma in 1988) and lives with his wife and two children in Freiburg im Breisgau . Since then he has been on stage for numerous theater engagements and played his first television roles. From 2009 to 2012 Schmitter played the general practitioner Dr. Ernesto Stadler in the WDR television series Lindenstrasse .
