Michael Spangenberger

Michael Rudolf Spangenberger (born August 15, 1952 in Duisburg ) is a German business ethicist with a doctorate from the Pontifical Lateran University in Rome and CEO and sole shareholder of Societaet CHORVS AG, Society for Disruptive Competition , a business consultancy in Düsseldorf.

After graduating from the Collegium Augustinianum Gaesdonck and studying philosophy and Catholic theology at the University of Münster and the University of Regensburg, as well as business administration at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität in Bonn, he was head of the church / economy department at the institute from 1983 to 1986 in the German economy and in management positions (chairman, managing director) of various companies during the 1990s.

In September 1999, the Thierschmidt Group, which he led, had to file for bankruptcy. In 2000 he founded the Societaet CHORVS AG.
