Michael of Scotti
Michael von Scotti (* 1941 ) is a major general a. D. the Bundeswehr .
From 1995 to 1998 he commanded the 13th Panzer Grenadier Division of the German Armed Forces. In the course of an affair for which he was not responsible for the publication of a video made by soldiers of the 13th Panzer Grenadier Division before taking command, in which rape and mock executions were shown, he was replaced as division commander by the Defense Minister Volker Rühe CDU.
His last use was head of the personnel office of the Bundeswehr until 2001 .
