Mikhail Ivanovich Sassulitsch
Mikhail Ivanovich Sassulitsch ( Russian Михаил Иванович Засулич ; * December 24, 1843 July / January 5, 1844 greg .; † 1910) was a general in the Russian army . He served in the Russo-Ottoman War (1877-1878) . In the Russo-Japanese War he was in command of the 2nd Siberian Army Corps , with which he took part in the following battles: Battle of Yalu , Battle of Tashihchiao , Battle of Hsimucheng , Battle of Liaoyang and Battle of Mukden . After the Russo-Japanese War, he ended his military career.
