Michail Trufanow ( Russian Михаил Труфанов ; * 1985 ) is a former Russian natural track luge . He started in a two-seater, took part in three world junior and European championships and competed in a world cup race .

Career

Mikhail Trufanov competed in two-seater at international competitions from 2000 to 2002. Together with Pyotr Popov , he took part in three junior world and European championships during these years. They came in seventh at the 2000 European Junior Championships in Umhausen and eighth at the 2001 European Junior Championships in Tiers and the 2002 Junior World Championships in Casies . Together with Pawel Popow he contested his only World Cup race on February 11, 2001 in Moscow , but only achieved seventh and last place and thus only eleventh and last place in the overall World Cup for the 2000/2001 season .
