Michal Finger (born September 2, 1993 ) is a Czech volleyball player .

Career

Finger first tried different sports and was active in modern pentathlon , among other things , before he decided on volleyball. He started his career in 2007 at Dansport Prague . He stayed there only for a short time before moving to CZU Prague. The diagonal attacker finished third in the 2013 Europa League with the Czech national team and received an individual award as the best attacker in this competition. He also took part with the Czech Republic in the 2013 European Championship , which ended with only one set win after the preliminary round. In spring 2014, Finger was able to qualify with the national team for the 2015 European Championship . He then moved to the German Bundesliga club VfB Friedrichshafen , with whom he won the national championship and cup double in the first season.
