Michal Kadlec (born May 6, 1976 in Nové Město na Moravě ) is a Czech football player . The defender has played for FC Vysočina Jihlava since 1998 .

Club career

Michal Kadlec started playing football at Žďas Žďár nad Sázavou. In 1995 he moved to Dukla Hranice for one season to do his military service there. He spent the following season at VMG Kyjov before he was committed by the then second division club SK Chrudim. After just one year, the defender moved to FC Vysočina Jihlava in the third-tier MSFL, and in 2000 he was promoted to the second division with the team .

In the following years Kadlec was always part of the regular formation, in 2005 Vysočina Jihlava was able to celebrate promotion to the Gambrinus League . The team could not hold the class, Kadlec made 29 season appearances in the Czech first division and was only 90 minutes away. Even after relegation, the defender remained loyal to the club. In early 2010 he left the club and moved to his home club FC Žďas Žďár nad Sázavou in Czech amateur football.
