Michel Golibrzuch

Michel Golibrzuch (born October 14, 1966 in Dortmund ) is a German politician ( Die Grünen ).

Golibrzuch was born in Dortmund, but grew up in Leer (East Friesland) . In 1987/88 he completed his community service in Carolinensiel in the Wittmund district. He then studied political science, journalism and communication science, economics and public law at the Georg-August University in Göttingen ; he completed his studies with a degree in social economics.

Michel Golibrzuch has been a member of the Greens since 1987. In 1991 he was an employee of the state parliament member Andrea Hoops . From 1990 to 1994 he worked for the green parliamentary group in the Lower Saxony state parliament . In the state elections in 1994 and 1998 , Golibrzuch was elected to the state parliament via the state list. He was a member of parliament until 2003.

After the state elections in 2003 , Michel Golibrzuch moved to the Lower Saxony Ministry of the Interior and Sport , where he initially worked in the area of administrative modernization . He later worked as a budget officer and most recently deputy head of the IT department. Since June 1, 2017 he has been President of the State Office for Geoinformation and Land Surveying Lower Saxony .
