Michel Wedelich (also Weydelingk, Weydelich, Michael Weidlich ; † February 7, 1556 in Dresden ) was a Dresden councilor and mayor .

Nothing is known about Wedelich's origin. Professionally, he worked as a trader. From 1539 he was a member of the Dresden council and in 1542 took over the office of master builder. In 1553 he was elected mayor. In the following year he was a member of the council for the last time as a “seated mayor” and died before he took office again in 1556. His will from January 31, 1556, drawn up a few days before his death, was preserved in the council archives.
