Michiharu Otagiri ( Japanese 小田 切 道 治 Otagiri Michiharu ; born September 2, 1978 in Ishikawa Prefecture ) is a former Japanese football player .

Career

Otagiri learned to play soccer on the school team at Toyama Daiichi High School . He signed his first contract in 1997 with the Kyoto Purple Sanga . The club played in the highest league in the country, the J1 League . In 1999 he moved to the second division Ventforet Kofu . For the club, he completed nine games. In 2000 he moved to the third division Jatco FC . For the club he completed 87 games. In 2004 he moved to league competitor YKK AP (today: Kataller Toyama). At the end of the 2008 season, the club rose to the J2 League . For the club he completed 132 games. At the end of 2009 he ended his career as a football player.
