Micki Reinhard Nielsen (* 26. February 1993 in Copenhagen , Denmark) is a Danish professional boxer in the cruiserweight division . He is the younger brother of the professional boxer Patrick Nielsen .
Career
Among the amateurs, Nielsen was Danish Junior Champion in 2009 and Danish Junior Champion in 2011. He won his professional debut on September 3, 2011. In February 2014, he won the WBC World Youth Cruiserweight Championship.
On February 7, 2015, he became WBC International Cruiserweight Champion. He defeated the Brazilian Julio Dos Santos (27-3). In a title defense he defeated the Italian Mirko Larghetti (24-1) in March 2016. He suffered his first defeat in October 2016 on points against South African Kevin Lerena (15-1).
On February 16, 2019, he lost in the fight for the EBU European Cruiserweight Championship against the Belgian Yves Ngabu (19-0).
