The Mień ( Meinbach during the German occupation 1941–1945), to be distinguished from the Mień (Nurzec) river of the same name , which flows over the Bug , is a right tributary of the Vistula in Poland . It rises in the Dobrzyńsk Lake District west of Sierpc , flows through the cities of Skępe and Lipno in a westerly direction and flows into the Vistula below Nieszawa . The length of the run is 53.5 km.
