Mieczysław Maneli
Mieczysław Maneli (born January 20, 1922 in Miechów , † April 9, 1994 in New York City , New York ) was a Polish diplomat and university professor.
During the Second World War he was imprisoned in Auschwitz . He later taught law in Warsaw. Maneli was a delegate of the Polish government to the International Commission for Supervision and Control (ICC) in the Vietnam War . In 1963 he came to Hanoi for the first time.
