Apartment building Gartenstrasse 61 (Radebeul)

The apartment building at Gartenstrasse 61 is located in the original district of the Saxon city of Radebeul , on a corner plot of land on Wiesenstrasse. The building application from November 1903 was implemented with the help of the final design by the architect Carl Käfer from January 1904; in April of that year the request for a building inspection was made.

description

The two-story, under monument protection standing apartment building is located in Radebeul industrial area . On top there is a built-out truncated pyramid roof, the platform of which is framed by a decorative grille.

The facades are triaxial and symmetrical. They are each structured by a central projection, which carries a triangular gable at the level of the top floor facing Gartenstrasse, but has a crooked hip gable in the views on both sides. The half-hip gable facing Wiesenstrasse is adorned with ornamental frameworks. On both sides of the risalit there is a triangular gable dormer in the attic.

The facades are plastered and unstructured, the windows are framed by sandstone. The upper half of the garments has late Gothic motifs.
