The Ludwig August Albert Stock apartment building is located in the Serkowitz district of the Saxon city of Radebeul , at Schumannstrasse 21. The building, which is a listed building, was built by the Ziller brothers in 1895/1896 for the Dresden master plumber Ludwig August Albert Stock as a residential building with an annex.

The three-storey, detached tenement house has a flat sloping hipped roof , into which floor chambers and dormers were built in 1913 . The symmetrical street facade with a width of six axes is emphasized in the middle by twin windows, which are crowned on the first floor by a triangular gable roof.

The plastered building is structured by pilaster strips , there is a cornice between the ground floor and the upper floor and stucco ornaments are attached between the four outer windows of the two upper floors.

A veranda was added to the rear of the building in 1903 .
