Apartment building Nürnberger Strasse 49

The tenement Nürnbergerstraße 49 in Dresden is built for the builder Carl Heinrich Meissner in 1904 building that monument stands. It is characterized by the "restrained use" of later Art Nouveau forms.

It is a three-story apartment building, with the top floor being partially expanded as a fourth floor. The development on the right of the building was destroyed in the Second World War.

The facade of all four floors is made of sandstone . While a side risalit with loggias can be seen on the right side of the facade , on the left side there is a " baroque " tail gable , the length of which takes up two window axes.
