The rental villa Anton-Graff-Straße 28 is a listed Art Nouveau residential building in the Striesen district of Dresden and was built in 1905 for Carl Gustav Baumgärtel, architect and master builder.
description
The free-standing three-storey plastered building is clad with sandstone. The facade is arranged asymmetrically and was decorated with "elements of the expiring Art Nouveau". Noteworthy is a portal with a vestment and a roof in the late Art Nouveau.
