Heinrich Berger rental villa
The Heinrich Berger rental villa is located in the Oberlößnitz district of the Saxon city of Radebeul , at Emil-Högg-Straße 7.
description
The two-storey, with fence and gate entrance under monument protection standing villa for rent is a "scenic construction of the late historicism with decorative motifs of late Gothic, Baroque and Art Nouveau." The building stands on a stone base, so that the ground floor in the mezzanine floor is located.
In the street view, on the right, there is a side elevation , the triangular gable of which is covered with ornamental framework. The transition from the upper floor to the triangular gable is adorned with a risalit-wide stucco frieze, which is straight below but flat triangular above. In the middle of the white frieze is a small, unpainted field of coats of arms. The upper floor corner windows in the risalit are dissolved like a glazed veranda, an impression that is reinforced by the surrounding border with additional ornamental framework. The neighboring window in the risalit is shown as a triplet rectangular window. The two risalit windows on the ground floor are also designed as segmented arched windows: The corner window is accompanied by sandstone blocks, analogous to the ornamental framework. The large triplet window is crowned by a sandstone ornament.
The facades are plastered. The windows are framed by profiled and decorated sandstone walls. The developed hipped roof protrudes far above; it is covered with dark tiles. In front of the roof cladding there are several gable dormers for exposure.
The enclosure is a wooden fence that is suspended between brick pillars with a sandstone gable roof covering. The two gate pillars are elevated and each finished with a cross-roofed sandstone.
