The rental villa Reinickstraße 10 is a listed apartment building on the street named after the poet and painter Robert Reinick in the Dresden district of Striesen .

The free-standing three-storey Art Nouveau building with a loft was built in 1903 by the building contractor Carl August Eichler, who was also the owner. The main view is approximately equal formed with two, one behind the other offset projections designed slightly asymmetrical. Triple windows can be seen on the risalits , the mirror fields of which are lavishly decorated with round stucco .

The hallway is richly decorated with paintings. The lower wall area of ​​the entrance is painted in such a way that the impression of marble cladding is created. Above that, the walls were decorated with colorful Art Nouveau paintings. Peacocks walk through pond landscapes with swans and flowers, above a repeating row of apple trees. The ceiling is painted a soft light blue, the floor is covered with brightly colored Mettlach tiles. There are also pink plastic ornaments from Villeroy & Boch . The paintings were partly restored and partly reconstructed in 1998/99.
