Rental villa Reinickstrasse 13

The rental villa Reinickstraße 13 is a listed, detached apartment building on the street named after the poet and painter Robert Reinick in the Striesen district of Dresden .

The free-standing, three-storey building with a loft was built before 1905 for master bricklayer Gustav Reinhold Stelzig and furnished with Art Nouveau elements. The sculptural work on the centrally mounted risalits is remarkable . This is four storeys high and has triplet windows . The loggias come with an arched -run half-timbered . The facade has six axes and was laid out slightly asymmetrically.
