Migori is a city of around 50,000 people in Kenya . It is the capital of the county of the same name . Migori is about 50 km south of Kisii and 20 km north of the border with Tanzania . A road leads from Migori into the Masai Mara nature reserve .
Infrastructure
The city has three hospitals, the Ojele Memorial Hospital, St. Joseph's Ombo Mission Hospital and the Migori District Hospital, among others.
There are several schools in Migori, e.g. B. Ombo Primary School, Migori Primary School and Nyagubo Primary School.
Gold and copper are found in the Migori area .
