Miguel Herrán

Miguel García Herrán (born April 25, 1996 in Málaga ) is a Spanish actor. He became known for his role as Dario in the film A cambio de nada and for the personification of Rio in the Spanish television series House of Money .

biography

The native Andalusian grew up in the Chamberí district after his mother moved to Madrid for professional reasons .

Herrán was discovered by the Spanish actor and director Daniel Guzmán when he asked for an autograph. He was then invited to a casting and engaged for the role of Dario in the film A cambio de nada , for which he was awarded the Spanish Goya film award in the category of best young actor. In 2017 he was part of the cast of the series Haus des Geldes, which gained international fame after Netflix took over the marketing and publication rights .

At the beginning of 2018 Netflix announced that it would produce a second original Spanish Netflix series with Miguel Herrán , after Die Telefonistinnen . Herrán explained that he wanted to pursue the acting profession so that he could earn enough money to open a bicycle repair shop and dedicate a feature film to his mother.
