NGC 7607 is a double star in the constellation Pegasus . The object was discovered by Wilhelm Tempel on August 5, 1880 and incorrectly included in the NGC catalog . In addition, the object was rediscovered by Guillaume Bigourdan on October 30, 1886 and entered in the index catalog as IC 1480 .
