Mike Duco (born July 8, 1987 in Toronto , Ontario ) is a Canadian ice hockey player who has been under contract with the Vancouver Canucks in the National Hockey League since July 2011 .

Career

Mike Duco began his career as a hockey player with the Kitchener Rangers , for which he was active from 2004 to 2008 in the Canadian Junior League Ontario Hockey League . With Kitchener, the attacker won the J. Ross Robertson Cup as champions of the OHL in the 2007/08 season . He then received a contract with the Florida Panthers , for their farm team , the Rochester Americans from the American Hockey League , he scored 14 goals in 68 games in the 2008/09 season and gave as many templates.

On July 9, 2011, the Florida Panthers gave his rights in exchange for the rights to Sergei Schirokow to the Vancouver Canucks .
