Mike Gambrill
Michael John "Mike" Gambrill (born August 23, 1935 in Brighton , † January 8, 2011 in Kingston upon Thames ) was a British cyclist .
In 1956, Mike Gambrill was British amateur road racing champion . He started twice at the Olympic Games: in 1956 in Melbourne he won the bronze medal in the team pursuit together with Don Burgess , John Geddes and Tom Simpson . Four years later, the British team consisting of Gambrill, Barry Hoban , Charles McCoy and Joseph McClean were eliminated in the first round.
