Michael Dennis Kekich (born April 2, 1945 in San Diego , California ) is a former Major League Baseball pitcher who played nine seasons between 1965 and 1977 for the Los Angeles Dodgers (30 games), the New York Yankees (125 games) who played the Cleveland Indians (16 games), the Texas Rangers (23 games) and the Seattle Mariners (41 games). In 1974 he played in Japan for the Nippon Ham Fighters (29 games).

Kekich was a left-handed pitcher who began his career as a starting pitcher but later played as a relief pitcher . He is known less for his professional career in Major League Baseball than for his family swap with his teammate at the New York Yankees, pitcher Fritz Peterson , which took place prior to the 1973 season.

After his Major League Baseball time was over, Kekich tried a comeback at Nuevo Laredo Tecolotes (31 games) in the Liga Mexicana de Béisbol , which was unsuccessful. He remarried and lives near Albuquerque in the US state of New Mexico .
