Mikkel Vendelbo (born August 15, 1987 in Esbjerg , Denmark ) is a Danish football player .

Career

He played from 2005 to 2012 for the Danish super league team Esbjerg fB . From there he moved to Norway to the first division club Hønefoss BK . With Hønefoss he was relegated from the Tippeligaen in 2013 . In January 2014, he signed a contract with the German third division team Holstein Kiel , which ran until June 30, 2016, and which was terminated prematurely in June 2015 at Vendelbo's request. He then moved back to Denmark to Silkeborg IF in the Super League. In summer 2019 he switched to Skive IK within the league .
