history

Kyle Willson ( lead vocals ), Fraser McCulloch ( bass , keyboard , vocals ), and Eric Schwortz ( guitar , backing vocals , percussion ) knew each other from New York University . The drummer Steven Leventhal and keyboardist Chris Brazee McCulloch knew Schwortz from the high school where they were already a band. In 2010 lead singer Kyle Willson had a serious climbing accident. The consequences were severe back injuries. When he was in bed, he wrote a lot of songs for the band. A few of them can now be heard on the album Glowing Mouth . Shortly after the release of the debut album Glowing Mouth , the band signed with the British label Memphis Industries to release the album in the UK and other European countries.

Band name

Milagres is Portuguese and means miracle. This band name comes from the fact that lead singer Kyle Willson survived his climbing accident.
