Milan Kuhli
Milan Kuhli (* 1979 ) is a German lawyer.
Life
He studied law (1st state examination ) and legal clerkship (2nd state examination) and medium and modern history and political science ( Magister ). After graduating as Dr. iur. and to the Dr. phil. From 2008 to 2015 he was a research assistant in the Cluster of Excellence The Formation of Normative Orders at the Goethe University . In 2015 he held the junior professorship for criminal law at the University of Mannheim . After receiving his habilitation in 2015 from the Faculty of Law in Frankfurt am Main ( Venia legendi : Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure Law, International Criminal Law, Economic Criminal Law, Modern Legal History, Legal Philosophy), he represented the Chair of Criminal Law and Legal Philosophy at the University of Hamburg in the 2015/2016 winter semester . Since 2016 he has held the Chair of Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure Law, including its international and historical references, in Hamburg .
