Milan Lalkovič (born December 9, 1992 in Košice ) is a Slovak football player . The striker was loaned out to English second division Doncaster Rovers for a month in August 2011 .

Club career

Lalkovič first played for MFK Košice in his youth . In a U-15 selection game between Slovakia and Hungary, he scored one goal and gave three assists. Thereupon the responsible persons of several European top clubs became aware of him. Since July 2007 he has been involved in the youth work of Chelsea FC . Lalkovič signed a three-year professional contract with Chelsea on July 1, 2010. In the summer of 2011 he played twice in preparation games for the first team of Chelsea FC. Lalkovič was loaned from August to November 2011 to the English second division club Doncaster Rovers , his debut in the Football League Championship he made on August 20, 2011. In spring 2012, another loan followed from February to May, this time to the Dutch first division club ADO Den Haag .

National team

Lalkovič plays regularly in Slovakia's junior teams. He made his debut for the Slovak U-21s on February 8, 2011 in a friendly against France, he was substituted on in the 57th minute.
