Milda Dargužaitė

Milda Dargužaitė (* 1976 ) is a Lithuanian manager, financial analyst and civil servant. Since December 14, 2016 she has been head of the Government Chancellery of the Republic of Lithuania .

Life

Milda Dargužaitė studied at a middle school in Kaunas . Her favorite subject was mathematics. From 1995 to 1999 graduated Dargužaitė the Bachelor of Economics and Mathematics at Middlebury College and from 2002 to 2004 MSE program in Operations Research and Financial Engineering at Princeton University .

From July 1999 to July 2001, Dargužaitė was an Investment Banking Analyst at Donaldson , Lufkin & Jenrette. From July 2004 to June 2011 she was Co-Head of Strategic Asset Allocation in Private Wealth Management and Vice President at Goldman Sachs . From June 2011 she was an advisor to Žylius , the Minister of Economy of Lithuania . Until March 2014 she worked as general director of the investment agency Invest Lithuania (“Investuok Lietuvoje”). From January 2015 she worked at “ Barclays ” in the headquarters in London . She was the director of Global Technology Infrastructure Services (GTIS). From January 2015 to March 2016 she managed the “Barclays” technology center in Vilnius . From January 2016 she was a board member of "Northern Horizon", a member of the supervisory board of Northern Horizon Capital group . Since December 2016 she has been government chancellor under the leadership of Prime Minister Saulius Skvernelis .

Dargužaitė wanted to take part in the 2015 local elections in Lithuania in the municipality of Vilnius as the top candidate (No. 1) on the TS-LKD list .
