Milka Pavlićević

Milka Pavlicevic (born March 12, 1955 in Belgrade , Yugoslavia , today Serbia ) is a film director and journalist.

Life

Milka Pavlicevic studied political science, communication science / journalism and ethnology at the Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz from 1975 to 1981 and completed her studies with a Magister Artium MA. During her studies she started working as a freelance journalist, lecturer and presenter. From 1987 to 1991 she worked as a freelance writer for ZDF .

Since 1991 she has been the editor and film director in charge of the program at ZDF in the Arte editorial team and for Thema / ARTE, she is responsible for the conception, management and production of documentaries, themed evenings, reports, series, special programs and ARTE discoveries. In addition, she is responsible for the development and management of communication, internet and media projects. She also directs international co-productions for ZDF and ARTE, also in collaboration with ZDF Enterprises , 3sat and ZDFinfo .
