Milo Cawthorne

Milo Cawthorne (born April 30, 1989 in Whangarei ) is a New Zealand actor . He first became famous in 2009 in Power Rangers RPM , the 17th season of the series Power Rangers . He became known nationwide for his participation in the films Blood Punch (2013) and Deathgasm (2015).

Life

Cawthorne was born and raised in Whangarei, New Zealand. At the age of 11 he played theater for the first time at his school and at the age of 13 he had his first agent and worked on children's series such as PET Detectives , Amazing Extraordinary Friends and Maddigan's Quest . After graduating from school, Cawthorne had his first major engagement in the role of Ziggy in the television series Power Rangers RPM in 2009. While filming, he met Olivia Tennet , with whom he was married from 2013. In the early 2010s, Cawthorne moved to Los Angelesbecause he received too few offers in New Zealand. There he shot the thriller Blood Punch with Olivia Tennet in 2012 . After a stay in London , he moved back to New Zealand in 2014 and directed the horror comedy Deathgasm under the direction of Jason Lei Howden . In 2015, he took on the role of Harry Smith in the miniseries When We Go to War , which was produced and broadcast by Television New Zealand . He was also seen in a supporting role in the series Ash vs Evil Dead . In the spring of 2016, Cawthorne and Tennett split.

In addition to his acting activities in film and television, Cawthorne has performed at the Northland Youth Theater and the Maidment Theater in Auckland , among others .
