Mimainiai is a village with 141 inhabitants (as of 2011) in Lithuania , the Jonava district , in the Bukonys district , 2 km northwest of Bukonys , 4 km south of the Garniškiai village , on the highway to Šėta ( Kėdainiai district ). Mimainiai is the center of the Unteramtsbezirks Mimainiai (lit. Mimainių seniūnaitija ). To the east is Lake Mimainiai . From 1923 it belonged to the Panoteriai - Wolost . The village belonged to the Bukonys - sovkhos in Soviet Lithuania .
