Mikazuki Iwa ( Japanese み み 岩 'ear rock' ) is a rocky outcrop in Queen Maud Land in East Antarctica . In the center of the Queen Fabiola Mountains it rises from a moraine field that extends from the Tyô-ga-take in a north-westerly direction.

Japanese scientists took measurements in 1960 and named it in 1979.
