The Minami-Yamato Nunatak-Gun ( transcription from Japanese 南 や ま と ヌ ナ タ ー ク 群 'Southern Yamato Nunatakker Group' ) are an isolated group of nunataks in Queen Maud's East Antarctica . They rise around 40 km southwest of the Queen Fabiola Mountains .
Japanese scientists made measurements in 1973 and naming in 1975. The latter is based on the Japanese name Yamato Sanmyaku for the Queen Fabiola Mountains.
