Minuscule 99 (numbered after Gregory-Aland ), ε 266 ( from Soden ) is a Greek minuscule manuscript of the New Testament on 22 sheets of parchment (21.5 × 165 cm). Using paleography , the manuscript was dated to the 15th or 16th century. It's not complete.

description

The manuscript contains the text of the Gospels of Matthew (4,8–5,27; 6,2–15,30) and Luke (1,1–13). It was written in one column with 21-23 lines each and is full of Itazist errors. The manuscript contains Epistula ad Carpianum , lists of the κεφαλαια, κεφαλαια, τιτλοι, ammonian sections, the Eusebian canon , lectionary markings and Synaxarion (10th century).

The Greek text of the Codex represents the Byzantine text type . Kurt Aland placed it in Category V a.
