Miranda Ranieri (born April 20, 1986 in Toronto ) is a former Canadian squash player .

Career

Miranda Ranieri played on the WSA World Tour from 2008 to 2013 and won two titles during that time. She had previously studied at Yale University , where she was also active in college squash. She reached her highest place in the world rankings with rank 43 in May 2012. At the Pan American Games in 2011 she won bronze medals in singles and doubles as well as gold with the team. With the Canadian national team she took part in the 2010 World Cup. From 2010 to 2012 she was Canadian national champion three times in a row . She retired in February 2013 and began studying optics at Nova Southeastern University .
